Our ideal candidate is very simple, if you are living in our hiring location and have at least 2 years experience with credit officer or in financial sector.

- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Grew up in community that is hiring
- Have at least 2 years of experiences in Credit Officer or related field
- Have Own Motorcycle

Job Descriptions

- Promote Maxima’s product and service to the potential customer nearby VBO’s location
- Facilitate customer application the loan
- Evaluate loan application, and enter data entry into the credit system
- Provide feedback to the committee of creditors for approval
- Prepare and print loan documents for loan disbursement
- Prepare credit documents securely and keep track of all loans provided
- Monitor loan quality Attend meetings and other training sessions
