Candidate’s Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the financial services or microfinance sector is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented. Has strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Job Descriptions
- Fundraising:
- a. Initiate contact with new lenders and grantors for potential new funding.
- b. Assist Deputy CFO in preparing/updating fundraising materials.
- c. Managing scheduling of lender visits, including due diligences.
- Relationships Management:
- a. Conduct periodic reviews of existing lender arrangements and recommend improvements.
- b. Manage communications with all lenders (potential and existing) and ensure timely feedback. Coordinate with relevant function/department.
- Cash Management:
- a. Work closely with Accounting team to ensure liquidity is maintained for operational needs, aligned with strategy and regulatory requirements.
- b. Update cash flow forecasts on a weekly basis or as frequently as necessary.
- c. Advise Deputy CFO for any potential fund shortage or overage based on the forecast. In case of overage, recommend temporary placement/investment for excess funds.
- Borrowing Covenants Monitoring:
- a. Regularly update covenants list and monitor compliance.
- b. Advise Deputy CFO of any potential breach, and assists in coordinating a timely request for waivers.
