Senior MIS Officer

Working location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide in-house application, Web API function, mobile application on Android/ iOS is an advantage, system analysis, design, coding and implementation throughout the whole development cycle.
  • Develop report requirements of Management, National Bank of Cambodia, and donor agencies and ensures the accurate and timely submission of them.
  • Provide timely reports and data extractions for external and internal requests.
  • Preparing overall procedures/ manual for applications and reports.
  • Train to end-users on reporting or developed applications.
  • Support users for troubleshooting, testing and analyzing on technical problems with solutions.

Candidate’s Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in IT/MIS
  • At least 3 years’ experience with web-related technologies
  • Good familiarity and experience with PHP, AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, XML, MariaDB, PostgreSQL or similar relational DB
  • Knowledge in Flutter, Android/ iOS App and web APIs is an advantage.
  • Experience with Python and cloud infrastructure is also welcome
  • Ability to have simple technical conversations in English
  • Strong motivation for Maxima’s cause and interest in creating innovative solutions
