Working location: Branch

Job Responsibilities

• Post disbursement sample check of VCO’s client portfolio for high loan process quality. Sample onsite-check on the client premise, business and collateral location by interviewing/Verbal/Calling for verification
• Frequently transport of document from VCO station to by passing branch &handover to CSS
• Recovery portfolio management at >60days and write off loans and Management can assign to do focus more on aging>30days as refer to increment of aging loans
• Digital reporting of finding at sample check. recovery works and identified process gaps and challenges to Head of Credit
• Base on the identified gaps, under supervision of HOC, provide training support
• Deeply analysis and detect all credit risk that might happen to clients and develop the necessary tools for prevention
• Corporate with team for good working environment and team building motivation
• Daily/weekly catch-up report to HOC and monthly feedback and reports to credit department
• Managing own time and travel efficiently from branch to branch
• Other task will be assigned by management, if any

Candidate’s Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, finance , accounting and other related filed
• Be honest, friendly, active and creative
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Computer literacy in MS. Word, Access, Internet and E-mail
• Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness
