Candidate’s Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and project management, particularly in digital transformation and app development.
    • Proven experience with tools like Power BI and JotForm.
    • Strong understanding of app development, UX/UI design, and workflow automation.
    • Excellent project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Knowledge of the microfinance or financial services sector is an advantage.

Job Descriptions

    • Community Banker App:
        – Collaborate with loan officers and stakeholders to define requirements for the app.
        – Oversee the development and optimization of the app to enable seamless online loan processing.
        – Conduct training and provide support for app users.
    • Power BI Dashboards:
        – Design and implement performance dashboards for the company, departments, and individuals using Power BI.
        – Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to support decision-making.
        – Maintain and update dashboards to reflect organizational priorities.
    • Action Management App:
        – Develop and manage an app for tasks and overdue customer management.
        – Ensure efficient workflows for tracking daily team activities.
        – Provide regular updates and enhancements to improve app functionality.
    • Customer App:
        – Lead the development of a customer-focused app for payment schedules, balances, penalties, advertisements, and loan requests.
        – Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance app usability and features.
        – Ensure the app integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
    • JotForm:
        – Incorporate JotForm into organizational workflows for data collection and process automation.
        – Train teams on effective use and management of JotForm features.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Coordinate with IT, marketing, and other departments for project implementation.
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to app and dashboard development.
    • Monitor app performance, user feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvement..
    • Prepare reports and presentations on digital transformation progress for senior management.
