Job Responsibilities

  • The internal control manager will be responsible for ensuring a strong internal control environment through the development of policies and procedures and ensuring the implementation of internal control of credit operations, loan process and documentation, and monitoring compliance of internal control implementation of branches, He/She directly reports to HOC and COO
  • Formulate policies and procedures to improve internal controls, compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead the process for internal controls reviews across channels
  • Deliver adequate and timely reporting on the internal control framework and control deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to direct supervisor and management
  • Work collaboratively with operations team and branches, CVA team & Online team to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective action.
  • Develop and conduct adequate training and prepare related information material on the internal control objective and methodology to business partners on a regular basis to build knowledge and understanding of risk and control
  • Internal control checking of data in MIS and field data collection for branches under regional supervision enhancement and find mistake to avoid
  • Corporate with team for good working environment and team building motivation
  • Daily weekly catch-up report to HOC and monthly feedback and report to credit department
  • Managing own time and travel efficiently from branch to branches.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by management, if any “

Candidate’s Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in providing credit / credit management, individual guarantee group, small and medium loans
  • Computer literate Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Quick-Book, Internet and E-mail.
  • Good command and use of English
  • Good attitude, honest, serious, polite and willing to work
  • Give priority to candidates who have a permanent residence near the upper branch and have experience working in the upper branch area.
  • Able to work under pressure and have high self-motivation
  • Willing to work in the region and travel to the provinces
