Candidate’s Qualifications
- Fully committed to MAXIMA’s vision, mission, culture, and values.
- University degree in IT or Computer Science Management or related fields
- At least 2 year of working experiences in data warehouse and core banking management
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Proficiency in SQL language.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and financial sector requirements
- Experience with other database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MariaDB).
- Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Descriptions
- Loan Origination System/Core Banking System (CBS):
• Proven experience in configuring and setting up Loan Origination Systems and Core Banking Systems
• Knowledge of data migration processes, tools, and techniques
• Experience with API integrations and management. - Database and Data Warehouse:
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining databases and data warehouses.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MariaDB). - Backend Development:
• Strong skills in backend development with experience in languages such as C#, Python
• Expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining server-side applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization. - Reporting and Business Intelligence:
• Experience in developing and maintaining reporting solutions and dashboards using BI tools (e.g.,, Power BI).
• Ability to collaborate with business units to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
