Candidate’s Qualifications

    • Fully committed to MAXIMA’s vision, mission, culture, and values.
    • University degree in Business Administration, Operation, Management or related fields.
    • At least 5 year of working experiences in credit operation with other MFIs.
    • Be honest, friendly, active and creative.
    • Good Interpersonal Skills.
    • Fluent in Khmer language and English.
    • Computer literacy in MS. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet and E-mail.
    • Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness.
    • High level of commitment.
    • Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.

Job Descriptions

  • Credit Operation:
    • Develop annual budget plan and strategy to align with business plan.
    • Develop and up to date credit policy and procedure.
    • Create a credit risk management.
    • Accept or reject staff’s credit recommendation.
    • Personally investigate large and larger loan application.
    • Analysis delinquency loan and report to CEO.– Develop credit scoring.
    • Maintain bad debt and bad debt recovery.
    • Manage client credit profile.
    • Create monthly, quarterly, semester, and yearly report to CEO.
  • Management:
    • Measure department performance with appropriate metrics.
    • Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives.
    • Properly motivate staff.
    • Provide for ongoing training of the credit staff.
  • Other tasks assigned by CEO
