Field Officer

Working location: Bonteay Meas, Prek Anhchanh, Pearang, Oreang Ov, Kompong Tralach, Chamka Lue, Neak Loeung, Mongkol Borey, Arey Ksat and Kien Svay

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit agents, organize training courses, and create training sessions for Maxima employees to ensure that they have a clear understanding of work before allowing them to work responsibly
• Make an appointment with an agent to sign an employment document
• Share experiences, knowledge, and insights learned to the team, so they can understand better to improve the work process.
• Prepare loan documents and contract before training and work
• To schedule and request materials for the project
• Check all credit documents and utilities are in good condition and maintained by the agent
• Collect loan documents and binding contracts in operation area to keep at head office
• Promote and inform product features to potential customers in the operation area
• Participate in evaluating the team’s work with the area manager
• Work closely with operation area coordinators and representatives to determine the reasons for payment delays, operational delays and provide feedback for changes to improve the quality
• Negotiate and find a solution with late payment

• financial knowledge, be able to make correct and ethical decisions in a difficult situation.
• High self-motivation with interpersonal skills
• Must be able to motivate and coordinate with others
• Ability to communicate with local authorities professionally
• High priority for those who have a permanent residence near branch or operation location.
• Must have work experience related to customer communication (sale and problem solving)
• Prioritize candidates with operational experience or credit group in banking or finance
