Digital Marketing Supervisor
Location: Head Office.
Job Responsibilities
- Studying company products and creating adapted marketing content
- Coordinate with relevant department to proactively manage, analyze and implement digital marketing strategy
- Prepare the launch of new products by creating content, campaign and or digital events that will boost product awareness and sales.
- Following and analyzing market trends to position products
- Continuously update with the latest trend by auditing the existing online customer experience, social media content and ads management and performance and or other digital channel policies and procedure.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Candidate’s Qualifications
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- At least two years’ experience in similar field
- Good analytic skills with solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Excellent command of the English language
- Skills in photography, video and/or motion design is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Creativity and good copywriting skills
- Keen eye for detail
