Candidate’s Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related field
    • Experience in providing credit / credit management, individual guarantee group, small and medium loans
    • Computer literate Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Quick-Book, Internet and E-mail
    • Good command and use of English
    • Good attitude, honest, serious, polite and willing to work
    • Give priority to candidates who have a permanent residence near the upper branch and have experience working in the upper branch area
    • Able to work under pressure and have high self-motivation -Willing to work in the region and travel to the provinces
    • High level of commitment

Job Descriptions

    • Drive and monitor sales performance of the branch
    • 80% time is focusing on field management including site visit and Video review and site by site training to increase performance and capacity
    • Ensure Portfolio quality and profitability
    • Sample check or process checks of loan approvals or recommended loan approvals
    • Planning and performing of portfolio, staff and business targets or promotional activities
    • Representing & acquisition of partners out of local community
    • Ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures like Credit Manual, Finance, AML & HR Policy.
    • Working to maintain high morale and plans for future sustainability through training and succession planning Random visit to CO (more than 25 km) and client of that CO at least once a month
    • Planning human resource capacity through recruitment and performance evaluations
    • Ensuring that daily reporting and end of day activities are conducted including frequent surprise check of cash, procedure and documents.
    • Daily catch up with CO on News circulation, status update, action plan and suggestion from CO
