Job Responsibilities

  • Receive calls from customers who want to know about their new products, services and loan payments.
  • Contact to client to provide information on outcome of the loan they requested

  • Contact clients to provide information on the outcome of the loan they requested
  • Record customer complaints or comments to be sent to the relevant departments
  • Prepare approved loan documents and send them to the finance department to work for customers
  • reate and manage mail related to customer inquiries, complaints or customer feedback, and other information
  • Create a report to the management team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Candidate’s Qualifications

  • Must be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Must have at least high school diploma or undergraduate students in Marketing Management and Banking and Finance
  • Must have work experience related to customer communication(for example, Sales or Customer relations and problem-solving).
  • Prioritize candidates with experience in customer service in banking or finance
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Banking or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency: Word-Excel
  • Have work experience
  • Good communication
  • Give priority to candidates who have a permanent residence near the branch
  • Demonstrates high commitment and high moral trust
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be fluent in Khmer and English that can read, listen, and write
  • Good communication, honesty, and patience at work.
