Job Responsibilities
- Receive calls from customers who want to know about their new products, services and loan payments.
- Contact to client to provide information on outcome of the loan they requested

- Contact clients to provide information on the outcome of the loan they requested
- Record customer complaints or comments to be sent to the relevant departments
- Prepare approved loan documents and send them to the finance department to work for customers
- reate and manage mail related to customer inquiries, complaints or customer feedback, and other information
- Create a report to the management team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Candidate’s Qualifications
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must have at least high school diploma or undergraduate students in Marketing Management and Banking and Finance
- Must have work experience related to customer communication(for example, Sales or Customer relations and problem-solving).
- Prioritize candidates with experience in customer service in banking or finance
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Banking or equivalent
- Computer proficiency: Word-Excel
- Have work experience
- Good communication
- Give priority to candidates who have a permanent residence near the branch
- Demonstrates high commitment and high moral trust
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be fluent in Khmer and English that can read, listen, and write
- Good communication, honesty, and patience at work.
