Job Responsibilities

  • Spend 80% of your time managing field work, including customer visits and video reviews, and training of credit officers / village credit officers to increase work efficiency and capabilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual plans for branches to disburse loans according to plan and develop strategies to achieve credit plans
  • Manage and monitor the lending and repayment of customers to ensure the quality of the loan portfolio and profit.
  • Ensure that the branch adheres to the implementation of all relevant policies and procedures, such as credit policy, finance, AML and human resources, etc.
  • Meet with VCO and some customers at least once a month
  • Contact CO / VCO daily to share information, inquire about work performance and daily action plan, as well as accept requests from CO / VCO.
  • Internal audit includes strict review of credit documents, clients and employees in accordance with Maxima’s policies and procedures.
  • Examine accounting and administrative work in the branch
  • Training and coaching subordinates, encouraging staff retention and participating in recruitment announcements
  • Manage and participate in the evaluation of subordinates
  • Manage and resolve disputes or other problems of employees.

Candidate’s Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in providing credit / credit management, individual guarantee group, small and medium loans
  • Computer literate Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Quick-Book, Internet and E-mail.
  • Good command and use of English
  • Good attitude, honest, serious, polite and willing to work
  • Give priority to candidates who have a permanent residence near the upper branch and have experience working in the upper branch area.
  • Able to work under pressure and have high self-motivation
  • Willing to work in the region and travel to the provinces.
