Candidate’s Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in IT/MIS
- At least 2 years’ experience with configuring Loan Origination Systems and Core Banking Systems
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining databases and data warehouses
- Strong knowledge of data migration processes and API integration
- Experience with backend development (C#, Python), BI tools and cloud infrastructure is also welcome
- Ability to have simple technical conversations in English
- Strong motivation for Maxima’s cause and interest in creating innovative solutions

Job Descriptions
- Providing the configuration setup for the Loan Origination System/Core Banking System (CBS) based on operational requirements, and performing data migration from the old system, as well as setting up API integrations
- Design, implement, and maintain the database and data warehouse to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance
- Develop, deploy, and maintain server-side applications and APIs to ensure backend systems are scalable, secure, and performant. Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards. Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely report generation using BI tools
- Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and testing protocols
